Customer Representations and Responsibilities

• Conducting appropriate literature review, risk assessments, and method validation

• Implementing adequate warnings, safety controls, and training for any personnel involved

Compliance With Laws

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to:
